Hello there, my name is Annette and I make various bridal and gift accessories, together with a bespoke service. I am listed on various wedding directory sites, links to these can be found on my links page. Check them out for all sorts of wedding advice, some also have discussion forums. There are also some other wedding related sites on the links page which you may find useful. I have been doing bridal accessories since 2001 and this site has been running since the end of 2003. Here are bulleted lists of my main criteria and may answer any questions you may have.
Ordering Criteria
Most items are made to order, and will be subject to a lead time. This varies throughout the year depending on how busy things are, I will post a message on my website home page which will give you an idea how things are going!
If your event date is very soon, perhaps within the next month, please email me to see if I will be able to fulfil any potential orders.
I will give you an approximate lead time on the confirmation of order, please note this is approximate, factors which are beyond my control can affect this, I will of course let you know if possible about any factors that may affect lead times.
Items which are available immediately are posted on my 'Items For Sale' page on the menu.
Because of the 'bespoke' nature of this website, there is no 'Shopping Basket'. You email your requirements to me via the 'Email an Order/Query' link and then I can send you a personalised confirmation and itemised invoice.

Even if you just have a question do not hesitate to send me a no
obligation email through my 'Email a Query' link on the left hand menu. I
try to answer emails within 24 hours. If I have any problems with email addresses I will post a message for you on my message board on the home page. If you don't hear from me within 24 hours then drop me another line, the internet has a habit of losing things sometimes!!
Materials and Colour
I have a small stock of popular colours and materials, most of my orders are for bespoke items, so materials will be aquired when they are needed. Please email me if you require a certain colour, I will endeavour to help you out.
If items will differ to photo on webpage because of availibility of materials, then I will let you know.
All prices on this site are based on polyester based materials unless indicated in the description. More expensive types of material such as pure silk would require prices to be reconsidered.
If colour matching is paramount then I will require a sample of your colour for matching. Samples can be in any form, fabric or even paint colour charts! I will of course return the sample if requested.
Please bear in mind that designers do have colours especially created for them, so it may be a problem to match colours exactly. Likewise ribbons/trims/beads etc. may be only available in certain colours.
I do not offer a dyeing service for materials, and sorry I don't know a enormous amount about dyeing!
If you have material in your possession that you would like me to use, then no problem you can send this to me. You are responsible for the cost of sending the material and a discount of 15% is given only if the order comes to more than £20.00 before my own postal charges are added on.
