1.General Details Help
Delivery Address - Most parcels will require a signature upon delivery, and are usually too big to go through your letterbox! If another address for delivery would be more convenient then put this address on your order form.
Card Address Verification - If you intend to pay via credit/debit card (which is usually registered to your home address), then please also put in your card address, if different from the delivery address. This is part of the verification process in the prevention of fraud.
Date of Event - This could be a wedding date, birthday or other event. This helps me to see how long I have to do orders and also it may help me decide whether I have time to do an order. A rough idea of how much work I have on is usually given on my message board on the home page, if in doubt just email or phone me to see if I can fit your order in. If a date is given for an order which is far too soon for me to complete I will write to you as soon as possible to let you know, so you can find an alternative item. If you need an item before an event date, such as for a wedding taking place abroad etc. then please let me know of this, as I will use this date to work towards. I do orders roughly in the order that they come in, but these dates help me to plan and to judge working schedules.
Please can you acknowledge you have read my terms and conditions. This may explain any other questions you have regarding your potential order and how I work things. I know it is a bit boring to read this but it is amazing the amount of customers who ask questions which are already answered on this page!
2.Dolly/Bridal Bag Information Help
Note: Some sections may not apply for Bridal Bags, just miss them out if ordering these items!
Quantity - The number of bags you want in the same specifications.
Reference number of item - eg: DB01- found on the item page.
Main Colour - The main colour of the bag eg; Ivory satin.
Colour of Piping - The colour of the piping if different to the main colour.(May only apply to certain Bridal Bags)
Colour of Ribbon - The colour of the ribbon if different to the main colour.
Dolly Bag Base Type - The type of base you would like, there is a link on the dolly bags page to a picture of these different types.(Only applicable to dolly bags)
Personalisation - Anything you want embroidered on the bag whether it be initials, names or something else.
Text Box - Type in any other details here such as colour of any embroidery if applicable, position of personalisation, or anything else you want me to know, feel free to waffle as much as you want!
3.Ring Cushion Information Help
Quantity - The number of cushions you want in the same specifications.
Reference number of item - eg: RC01- found on the item webpage.
Main Colour - The main colour of the cushion eg; Ivory satin.
Colour of Piping - The colour of the piped edge if different to the main colour.
Colour of Ribbon - The colour of the ring ribbons if different to the main colour.
Number of Ring Ribbons - Most designs can have one or two ring ribbons.
Gift Box - Tick the box if you wish to purchase a gift box, they are £3.50 each and are made of an ivory white silk effect board, a classy box to keep the cushion in for years to come. Also useful if you are purchasing the cushion as a gift.
Extra Info Text Box - Type in any other details here such as details about personalisation, colours of embroidery or anything else you want me to know about!
4.Fabric Wraps Help
Quantity - How many you want in the same specification
Fabric - The type of fabric you want, such as satin or organza.
Colour - The colour of the fabric you want.
Size - What size you want, this could be in the form of XS (Extra Small) or measurements such as 40cm x 200cm or 21" x 78".
Single or Double Layered - All fabrics except organza and crepe georgette can be double layered depending on the effect you want. Because of the slightly stretchy nature of organza and crepe georgette, this fabric is not sewn into a double layer. If you wanted a doubled up effect then it is better to have the width increased and then just wear it folded over.
Extra Info - This is for any other information you wish to put down or if you would prefer to put things in your own words.
5.Fabric Capes Help
Quantity - How many you want in the same specification
Adult or Child - I will need to know if it is a adult or child cape, as the size indicators are the same!
Size - On the webpage both adult and child sizes are listed as XS, S, M etc; if you prefer to use the chest sizes for kids or the ladies sizes such as 8, 10, 12 etc, then feel free to do so.
Fabric - The type of fabric you want.
Colour - The colour of the fabric you want.
Extra Info - Anything else you would like to tell me, such as a choice of neck fastening or if you want any beading etc.
6.Faux fur Help
Fur Wraps -
Quantity - How many you want in a particular specification.
Fur Colour - What colour fur you want, colour guides and names are on the Faux fur webpages.
Size - Please give the size you would like, use the info on the fur wraps page as a guide for pricing, if you want a slightly different size then just put it down here.
Fur or Satin Lining - Wraps can be lined in duchesse satin or a double layer of fur, indicate what you want here.
Extra Info - Put anything else here that you would like me to know.
Fur Colour - What colour fur you want, colour guides and names are on the Faux fur webpages.
Fastening - Capes and Stoles can have a hidden hook and eye fastening or a ribbon tie.
Fur Capes or Stoles -
Quantity - How many you want in a particular specification.
Adult or Child - I will need to know if it is a adult or child cape, as the size indicators are the same!
Stole or Cape? - Indicate what type of item you want here.
Size - Please give the size you would like, use the info on the fur wraps page as a guide for pricing, if you want a slightly different size then just put it down here.
Extra Info - Anything else you would like to tell me, such as a choice of neck fastening or if you want any beading etc.
Fur Muffs -
Quantity - How many you want in a particular specification.
Size - Muffs come in 'Small Child', 'Child' and 'Adult' sizes.
Fur Colour - What colour fur you want, colour guides and names are on the Faux fur webpages.
Wrist or Neck Strap - Just leave this blank if you dont want either.
Length of Neck Strap for Muffs - If you do choose a neck strap let me know the length of the strap here. Measure from about the level of the hip upwards and around the back of the neck and back down to the level of the hip, then I will know how long to do the strap.
Extra Info - Anything else you would like to tell me, such as a choice of neck fastening or if you want any beading etc.
7.Hankie Information Help
Rather than making a complicated form for the hankies, ie: I couldn't think of the best way to do it!!, I have just put a text box so you can list what you want yourself.
Please put down the reference number of the hankie you would like. If you require any personalisation on these hankies please make a list and also let me know what colour you would like the embroidery in for example: 1 x HK02 personalised with 'Mother of the Bride' in pink thread.
Just make a list of what you want, if you want more than one. Also check spellings for names and also check your confirmation of order when I send it to make sure I have got it right!! If you are not sure on pricing please just email or phone me and I will answer your questions or give you a quote. I have made a table on the 'Personalised Hankies' page which should help you price things up easier.
There are various containers available that cost £1.00 extra each, details are on the Hankie info page - please let me know if you want this.
8.Gift Cushion Information Help
Please put the ref number of the cushion you want and then just a short description of the cushion you want in the text box. Also if you want any personalisation please list it in the text box. If you have your own idea of a gift cushion let me know and we can discuss it.
