If you would like to place an order, then use the 'Email an Order' link on the left hand menu. If you would like to discuss requirements, or just ask a question then use the 'Email a Query' link on the left hand side menu, or you are very welcome to phone me, details on 'Contact Details' on the menu. If you would prefer a printable Order form that you can fill in yourself and send to me, CLICK HERE. Please give as many details as possible describing your order. On the order form, you can click on a link which will open a help page in a separate window to give you a guide how to fill the form in. There is also a 'Alternative text box' at the end of the order form if you just prefer to put everything in your own words. From this order form I will then email you back with a confirmation of order detailing everything together with details of payment and a rough idea of when the order will be ready. Please check this through and let me know if anything is wrong or any answers to any questions I may have. Please also read the Terms & Conditions (link on the menu bar above) and confirm you have read them by ticking the checkbox at the end of the order form. Any other questions you may have may be answered by the terms and conditions or the 'About U & General Info' link above. PostageI have now simplified my postal charges, postage will now be a minimum charge for one item, and additional items will be charged at a certain price per item, up to a maximum charge, see the table below. For instance: If you were ordering for delivery within the UK and you wanted two dolly bags and one ring cushion, you would be charged £3.50 for the first item and 2 x £0.70 for the subsequent items, making a total of £4.90. Depending on the value of the total order the parcel will be sent either via first class recorded or via special delivery, larger parcels will be sent via insured parcel post. This applies to items sent within the UK. If your event date is coming up very soon then it will be recommended that you use special delivery on the confirmation of order I will email to you. If this recommendation is not taken up, then I cannot be held responsible for any delays in receiving your parcel. Most services used are trackable via the Royal Mail website, click on the flying parcel below for details on Royal Mail services. Occasionally I use courier services, again depending on the size of the parcel or any if industrial action is being taken by the postal service. International orders will be sent via Airmail or 'International Signed For', depending on the value of the parcel. All services for UK post are insured in some way incase the items are lost in the post. Usually the postal service does not consider a parcel lost until after 15 days. If the postman cannot obtain a signature for any postal items then he/she should leave a card telling you that they attempted to deliver and this card will give you information on what to do next. It has been known that sometimes they have forgotten to do this, so contact me for the the delivery number and we can look it up on the tracking page of the Royal Mail website. Any recorded or special delivery items are kept for a week before they get returned to me. Items will be wrapped in plastic to protect against damp and boxed up to protect them. Sorry, but I cannot accept card payments over the telephone, as I am not set up to process them. Please also do not email any card details to me, I cannot use them and it may not be secure to do this. If you are paying via credit/debit card then if you can, please use the Nochex service, you don't have to pay any sort of fee for using the service, but they make a minimal charge to me and their charges are more competitive than the other providers. Links to Paypal and Nochex are on my 'Links' page, these links will take you to the sites concerned where you can get more information. With Nochex you can send me payment via debit/credit cards without actually registering for the service. Full details of the various payment options including links to the online payment providers, will be provided on my 'confirmation of order' email. Payment (Oversea's)If you are ordering from outside the UK, then the only methods of payment I can accept which is cost effective is card payments through the Paypal service or a sterling cheque. You don't have to become a member of Paypal to use this service. If you wish to make an order then I will send you a link to Paypal which you can click on to pay me. Exchange rates will be determined by Paypal on the day of purchase, but to give you a rough idea of what my items cost in your local currency then use the the link below.
