Terms & Conditions:
If you do order with me please acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions on the order form.
Although I prefer payment as soon as possible, payment becomes due 28 days from the date of the confirmation of order. If you wish to pay me later, please acknowledge that you have received my confirmation of order and just drop me a quick email to let me know when you will be paying, this way I won't be left wondering whether a) you have received my confirmation and b) I won't have to start bothering you with follow up emails!! I really don't mind at all if you want to do this, but I do appreciate you letting me know.
Although I give 28 days for payment, please note no order is started until full payment is received. The approximate completion time given on the confirmation of order is reckoned as if payment is being received straight away. If you choose to pay me later on, this completion time may vary depending on what orders have come to me in the meantime. Customers who have ordered after you but have paid in full will go in front of the 'queue'.
If I have not received payment or an acknowledgment from you regarding an order, then after 28 days I will consider the order cancelled. I will make every effort to contact you to find out for sure if this is the case. Likewise if you need to cancel for whatever reason, then I really do appreciate a quick email to let me know.
Please ensure email addresses are typed correctly, if I have an email address which is rejected by the internet then I will send the confirmation through the post to the delivery address provided, please can you acknowledge this please. An automated email is sent to anybody who uses my Query and Order form, just to let them know their email is on its way to me. Some ISP's (usually AOL!!) will block these automated emails as spam, so it is worth checking your bulk and spam folders of your email program.
Please email me to let me know if you have any problems at all, a quick email can often save any misunderstandings!
If you wish to return any item, then postage costs must be paid by yourself. Any item which is not suitable I will refund the cost of the item(s) less any postage charged. This does not apply to items personalised with names and dates. If colour matching etc is paramount then it is best if you send me a sample of the colour you want and then I can try and match it. It is a waste of my time and yours if you order something in the hope that it will match.
If you have paid via Nochex or Paypal and are having a refund, the refund will be sent back via whichever one of these payment providers you have used.

If you are providing your own material then a 15% discount is only given when the value of the order goes above and including £20.00 (before any postal charges are added on).
Cheques and Postal Orders are becoming increasingly expensive to process at the bank, if it is at all possible please can you consider paying via debit or credit card (via Nochex or Paypal), or through Internet Banking,especially if your order amount is small (below £10.00). Of course if you prefer to use cheques then of course use them!! (UK only)
